Maxine de Graaff

Maxine has worked in the commercial area of the TAFE sector for the past two decades where she dealt predominantly with electrical supply clients and their stakeholders to provide training solutions for their workforces. Since working with ETD, managing the client relationships with such a great team, has ensured the continued delivery of quality training.

Commencing with the SECV in 1978 as an Electrical Fitter, I have 40 years experience within the Electrical Supply Industry, and held numerous positions including Electrical Testing Officer, Sales and Training.

Randolph Hougee

Training Consultant

Commencing my apprenticeship in 1981 at Williamstown City Council Electrical supply as a linesman. I now have 40 years of experience in all areas of the trade as a distribution linesman, working across all networks including roles as a High Voltage operator and 15 years as a Glove /Barrier Linesman.

 

 

Ken Pyke

Training Consultant

Commencing with the SECV in 1989, I have had various roles and vast experience on the networks including, construction and maintenance of 66KV, 22KV, SWER, and LV Assets, both overhead and underground. Other area’s of considerable experience were with metering and servicing, public lighting, HV and LV operations and faults work in rural and urban areas.

Commencing with the SECV in 1978, my experience has included, vegetation clearance, underground and overhead construction holding dual qualifications a Cable Jointer and Line Worker. I have 29 years experience in Training & Assessment within the Electrical Supply Industry and have been involved in conducting international assessments for VetAssess.

Commencing in the Electrical Supply Industry at the Central Waikato Electric Power Board in New Zealand in 1974 and have worked on the Victorian Networks since 1999. I have had various roles and vast experience on the networks including, construction and maintenance of 66KV, 22KV, SWER, and LV Assets as a Linesman, Supervisor and HV Operator.
